Our Story:
Founded in 2008 with the purpose of driving results and value creation for infrastructure and civil construction companies, ENSO Consulting was born from the vision of experienced professionals committed to excellence in corporate governance and process restructuring. Our name, ENSO, inspired by a theme from Zen Buddhism, means 'circle', representing enlightenment, energy and transformation.
In the business context, the ENSO concept is associated with the transformation cycle necessary to adapt the business to a more complex and dynamic competitive environment. In the theory of the organizational cycle, a company, if it does not have positive internal changes, will go through well-established phases that will lead to its aging and extinction: Birth, Growth, Maturity, Decline and Disappearance. The fundamental point to be analyzed is that, while some companies actually disappear, others are reborn with a new business attitude. The companies with the greatest longevity have survived several crises, and, for the most part, carried out strategic repositioning and internal improvements that renewed their ability to compete.
Since the beginning, ENSO Consulting has stood out for its ability to deliver practical and effective solutions, aligned with its principles. Our team of senior consultants, with extensive experience in infrastructure and civil construction, is our greatest asset. Together, we have already completed more than 200 projects, contributing to the significant improvement of our clients’ results.
